Denmark offers plenty of great mountain bike trails for beginners and experienced riders alike — from technical singletrack to scenic paths.
Popular areas such as Rold Skov, the Silkeborg forests and Marselisborg deliver challenging descents and fun corners. Here's a selection of our favourites.

Central Jutland
- Marselisborg forests, Aarhus – 24 km with plenty of challenge.
- Hasle Bakker, Aarhus – 5 km with great nature and hard climbs.
- Vesterskov blue trail – 17.4 km through scenic surroundings.
- Himmelbjerget route – 13.7 km with views over the Gudenå.
- Rold Skov – one of Denmark's largest forests, many MTB trails.
